Welcoming new directors

Mark, Paula, Annie and Matt.

Earlier this year, Annie Hawcroft and Paula Flanagan officially joined CFP Group as Directors. Both bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge, and we’re proud to be keeping it in the family as we continue to grow.

In addition, Paula Flanagan has taken on a new role as a Non-Executive Director with Doncaster Chamber, continuing our commitment to supporting local business communities.

We’re also delighted to welcome Nigel Bowers to the team, who has joined us to further strengthen our expertise and services.

Our Revamped Website

You may have noticed something new! We’ve recently launched the revamped version of our website, designed to be more user-friendly and to better showcase the work we do. We hope you like it!

That’s not the only highlight, here are a few things we’ve been working on recently:

Grantley Hall

One of the standout moments of the summer was our involvement at Grantley Hall, where we had our very own CFP tent. It was a fantastic opportunity for guests to get to know more about who we are and what we do, all while enjoying a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.

A real highlight of the day was our car racing simulator, which brought out everyone’s competitive side and provided plenty of laughs and excitement. Guests, partners, and team members all took part — and after some fierce competition, our very own Director, Matt Hawcroft, claimed the title for the fastest lap of the day!

The event was a great success and a brilliant way to connect with clients, partners, and new faces alike. It perfectly captured the CFP spirit — professional, personal, and full of energy.

Supporting Ilkley FC

We’re proud to announce our sponsorship of Ilkley FC, reinforcing our commitment to supporting local communities and grassroots sport.

Building Strong Partnerships

At CFP Group, strong relationships with our lenders are at the heart of what we do. This summer we attended the Rewards Summer Drinks event – a brilliant evening of great food, entertainment, networking and celebration.

Celebrating Success

This summer brought some fantastic recognition for the CFP Group team. Our ongoing partnership with Allica Bank reached an exciting milestone when Mark Flanagan was named Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Quarter, recognising his exceptional dedication to helping clients achieve their commercial finance goals.

We were also honoured to receive Deal of the Month for a standout transaction led by Mark Flanagan and Roshan Singh, whose collaboration and expertise helped deliver an excellent client outcome.

These awards highlight the strength of our relationships with our lending partners and the passion our team brings to every deal. A special thank you goes to Anthony Gorman and Charissa Chang from Allica for their continued support and for taking the time to present these awards in person.

Finally, we’re thrilled to share that we continue to receive excellent feedback from our partners and customers. In the past three months alone, we’ve received numerous 5-star reviews, reflecting the dedication and hard work of the whole team.

It’s been a busy but rewarding season, and we’re excited for what’s to come.
